Raminfo Ltd receives LOA to provide logistics service

Raminfo Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from M/s Andhra Pradesh State Agros Industries Development Corporation Limited (AP-AGROS), (A GOVT. UNDERTAKING) to provide logistics service for running agri input shops by 'AP-AGROS' in the state of Andhra Pradesh'.

The said Project is first initiative in itself therefore valuation of the project is not possible at present; We are expecting revenue of Rs. 10 Crore Approx. The contract period is initially for 3 years subject to review of performance every year as per the terms and condition of the Tender schedule.

The Project to be executed along with consortium Partners M/s RCI Logistics Pvt Ltd & M/s Varad Agri Tech Limited where our share is 66.66%.

Shares of RAMINFO LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.92. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1371 in over 9 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.46 and intraday low of 10.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15231.
