Agro Tech Foods Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Agro Tech Foods Ltd in their meeting held on May 28, 2020, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting.
