Aditya Ispat to consider conversion of 6 Lakh warrants

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, to consider the conversion of 6,00,000 lacs fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis into Equity Shares.
