Vaibhav Global Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 7 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Vaibhav Global Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, 27th May, 2020 has considered and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 7/- per Equity Share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval/declaration of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The above dividend, if declared by the shareholders at. the ensuing AGM will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.

Shares of Vaibhav Global Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1062 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1074.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 640 in over 131 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1089.95 and intraday low of 1054.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 686979.
