TATA Investment Corporation Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 18 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of TATA Investment Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on 27th May, 2020 has recommended a dividend of Rs.18/- (180%) per Ordinary share of Rs.10 each, which shall be paid after the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
