Heritage Foods Limited Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Heritage Foods Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2020, has recommended a dividend@ Rs. 2.50/- (50%) per equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting.
