Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd at its meeting held today has also recommended payment of final dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of Re. l/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend is expected to be paid during the month of September, 2020.

Shares of SUN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.459.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 469.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 249463 in over 6078 trades.
