TIMKEN India Ltd board to approve quarterly results on June 5, 2020

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of TIMKEN India Ltd will be held on Friday, 5 June, 2020 to, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2020 and to recommend dividend of equity shares of the Company, if any.

The trading window as described in "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders" of the Company is closed for the above purpose from 1 April, 2020 and will continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the public after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors thereon at the Board Meeting aforesaid.
