Coromandel International Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 12 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Ltd at its meeting held today viz., May 26, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.12 per equity share (representing 1,200%) on the equity shares of Re.1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2019-20.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 24, 2020, will be paid on or after July 31, 2020 but within 30 days from the declaration of dividend at Annual General Meeting, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of COROMANDEL INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.650.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 651.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18256 in over 1831 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 665 and intraday low of 623.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11856412.
