Newgen Software Technologies Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 2 for FY20

The board of directors of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2019-2020. Dividend on equity shares, if declared, at AGM, will be credited/dispatched to the eligible Shareholders after the AGM within the time limit as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
