Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd board to approve FY20 results, NCD issue on May 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 29, 2020, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will also consider issue of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs. 100 Crore.
