Bata India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 4 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Bata India Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2020, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4/- (i.e., 80%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, for approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
