Wendt India Ltd board to approve Q4, FY20 results, final dividend on May 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Wendt India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th May 2020 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2020.

The Board at its meeting will also consider recommending the proposal for Final Dividend for the year 2019-20.
