HIL Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 10 for 2019-20

The Board of Directors of HIL Ltd at their meeting held today i.e Monday, May 25, 2020 through Audio/Video conferencing facility that commenced at 12:45 PM and concluded at 2:30 PM, has approved and recommended final dividend of Rs. 10/- (i.e 100%) on the Equity Share of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year 2019-20 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid as per the prescribed time lines. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs.10.00/- per Share declared during the year.

Shares of HIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.790.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 797.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 853 in over 216 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 799.7 and intraday low of 784.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 674942.
