Waterbase Ltd board to approve Q4, FY20 results, dividend on May 27, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Waterbase Ltd will be held on Wednesday, 27th May 2020 to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results as per IND-AS for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2020, to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company.
