Lemon Tree Hotels Limited board to consider Q4, FY20 results on May 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 29, 2020, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2020 for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of Audited Financial Results.
