Mrs. Rekha Warriar (DIN: 08152356), Independent Director of Indiabulls Ventures Limited, has resigned from the Board of the Company, with effect from today, due to her other personal commitments that have come up now. The Board has placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions, made by Mrs. Warriar to the Company, during her tenure and shall be appointing a woman director on the board in due course.
