BASF India Limited to consider acquisition of stake in BASF Performance Polyamides India Pvt. Ltd.

The Board of Directors of BASF India Limited at its Meeting held on 22nd May, 2020 approved the proposal to evaluate options regarding acquisition of 100% stake in BASF Performance Polyamides India Pvt. Ltd., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of BASF SE (Parent Company) at such consideration as may be determined by an Independent Valuer.

Shares of BASF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1044.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1013.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3864 in over 725 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1065 and intraday low of 1000. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4016486.
