Birla Corporation Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Birla Corporation Limited at its Meeting held today i.e. 22nd May, 2020 has considered and recommended dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share (i.e 75%) on 7,70,05,347 ordinary shares for the financial Year 2019-20, which shall be paid within 10 (ten) days from the date of approval by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of BIRLA CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.405.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 411.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11852 in over 1034 trades.
