Orient Cement Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Orient Cement Ltd in their meeting held today, i.e., 22-5-2020 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (75%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The date of AGM and book closure date will be intimated separately.

Shares of Orient Cement Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31600 in over 334 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.3 and intraday low of 38.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1256339.
