VST Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 103

The Board of Directors of VST Industries Ltd at their meeting held today recommended a final dividend of Rs. 103/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 89th Annual General Meeting. The date of the Annual General Meeting and the book closure dates will be announced in due course.
