Sagar Cements Ltd board to consider Q4, FY20 results on May 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Ltd will be held at the Registered Office of the company at Plot No.111, Road No.10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500 033 on Friday, the 29th May 2020 to consider and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.

The 'Trading Window' will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.271 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 265. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93 in over 16 trades.
