Piramal Enterprises Ltd board approves raising Rs. 500 crore

At the Meeting of Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of Piramal Enterprises Ltd held today, the Committee approved the allotment of 5,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable nonconvertible debentures each having a face value of Rs.10,00,000/-, aggregating to Rs. 500 crores on private placement basis.

Shares of PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.913.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 880.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132529 in over 6759 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 918.5 and intraday low of 874.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 119749800.
