Adani Enterprises Ltd raises Rs. 400 crores

Adani Enterprises Ltd has raised Rs. 400 Crores (Rupees Four Hundred Crore) today by allotment of 4,000 Rated, Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.142 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 144426 in over 2004 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143.05 and intraday low of 138.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20385894.
