Birlasoft Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Birlasoft Ltd, at its meeting concluded today, has approved and recommended final dividend @ Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (50%), for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the declaration of the same by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if declared by the members, will be paid within the statutory timelines.

Shares of Birlasoft Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.68.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 67. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41759 in over 1075 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 69.4 and intraday low of 66.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2850846.
