Mahindra Logistics Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 1.5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Logistics Limited ("the Company"), at their Meeting held today viz. Wednesday, 20 May 2020, have approved the recommendation of a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (15%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2020. The dividend payout is subject to Members' approval at the 13th AGM.

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.254.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 252.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2266 in over 284 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 260 and intraday low of 251.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 579716.
