UltraTech Cement Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 13 for FY20

The Board of Directors of UltraTech Cement Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 13/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
