Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 15.50

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.15.50/- per equity share of face value of Re.1.00/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid / dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of book closure for the above purpose shall be announced later.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1662.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1645.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2605 in over 589 trades.
