Paushak Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 6 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Paushak Ltd at its meeting held on May 19, 2020, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.00/- (60%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
