Bharti Airtel Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2 for FY2019-20

Subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), the Board of Directors ('Board') of Bharti Airtel Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 18, 2020 (commenced at IST 1800 Hrs. and is still in progress), has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2019-20.

The above dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.539.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 554.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 500496 in over 8352 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 559.15 and intraday low of 535.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 274669826.
