Nucleus Software Exports Ltd board to announce Q4, FY2020 results, dividend on May 23, 2020

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on Saturday, the 23rd May 2020 to consider and approve the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2020.

The Board would also consider recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2020, if any in the above stated Board Meeting.
