Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.65

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd at its meeting held on May 18, 2020, has recommended dividend for Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 of Rs.1.65/- (Re One and paise sixty five only.) i.e. @ 33% per equity share having face value of Rs.5/- each, aggregating to Rs. 239.72 lacs. The payment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
