CESC Limited board to consider NCD issue on May 20, 2020

The issue of listed non-convertible debentures aggregating upto Rs. 300 crore comprising of upto 3,000 non-convertible debentures of Rs.10 lakh each, to be made in one or more tranches as per terms and conditions to be finalised in due course, will be considered by a Committee of the Board of Directors of CESC Limited at its meeting to be held on 20 May, 2020.

Shares of CESC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.577.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 592.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22377 in over 1190 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 598 and intraday low of 571. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12978161.
