NELCO Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.20 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of NELCO Ltd at its meeting held on May 16, 2020, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (12%) for the Financial Year 2019-20 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of NELCO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.161.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1375 in over 25 trades.
