Dilip Buildcon Ltd forms new SPV for HAM project

Dilip Buildcon Ltd (DBL) has incorporated a new special purpose vehicle (SPV) for a new HAM Project viz 4 lane with paved shoulder configuration of Pathrapali-Kathghora (Km. 53.300 to Km. 92.600) Pkg-II of Bilaspur-Kathghora section of NH-111 (New NH-130) in the State of Chhattisgarh under Bharatmala on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

The new SPV is named as "Pathrapali-KathghoraHighways Private Limited".

Shares of Dilip Buildcon Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.254 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 254.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21446 in over 1029 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 260.6 and intraday low of 248. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5411325.
