Birla Corporation Ltd Board to consider FY20 results & Dividend on May 21, 2020

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Birla Corporation Ltd will be held on May 21, 2020, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2020.

The board will recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will approve issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement basis.

The board will also consider and approve premature redemption/ buy back of the secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) (issued in different series) either fully or partially and amendment to the related Information Memorandum and other relevant documents executed in respect of the NCDs issued by the Company and change in the terms of NCDs wherever required. The proposed amendments to the terms of NCDs shall be subject to approval of the Debenture holders, Debenture Trustee and BSE Limited.
