Akruti Nirman Ltd files DRHP with SEBI for IPO

Akruti Nirman Ltd has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for its forthcoming IPO. The company is planning to come out with an issue of 6700000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price to be determined by 100% book building process. The issue shall constitute 10.04% of the the post-issue capital.

JP Morgan and ENAM Financial are the book running lead managers for this issue. Intime Spectrum Registry will be the Registrar to the issue.
