Bartronics India to allot 149828 shares

Bartronics India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2008, has accorded its approval for the allotment of 1,49,828 Equity Shares against the Conversion of 5 Bonds aggregating to US $0.5 million.
