Anant Raj Industries to increase FII limit to 40%

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2006, inter alia to consider the following:

1. To consider investment in the share capital of Companies by purchase of shares in accordance with the provisions of section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956, and the consequential matters emerging from discussions on the said matter.

2. To consider the increase in the FII’s limit from 24% to 40%.
