L&T allots Bonus Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the Company on October 03, 2006 has allotted 14,00,19,355 Bonus shares to the Members in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one share for every one share held) for which Record Date was September 29, 2006.

The aforesaid shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
