Emco allots Equity Shares to promoters

Emco Ltd has announced that Preferential Issue Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 09, 2006, has allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 275/- per share to the Promoter and Managing Director viz. Mr. Shailesh Jain on exercise of option attached to warrants allotted to him on preferential allotment basis on April 11, 2005, pursuant to special resolution passed by the Members at their Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 29, 2005.
