Chaman Lal Setia AGM approves 20% dividend

Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at 20% prorata subject to 100% adjustment of amount due to partly paid up shareholders towards their balance call money due.
