KTL Industries AGM approves change of name as "KOA Tools India Ltd"

KTL Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved teh change of name of the Company from "KTL Industries Ltd" to "KOA Tools India Ltd" or any other name as may be made available with the Registrar of Companies UP & Uttaranchal.
