Dabur India - H1 results on Oct 31, 2006

Dabur India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2006 (H1).

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2006-07.

The Company has fixed November 06, 2006 has been fixed as Record date for aforesaid interim dividend. If interim dividend is declared in the above meeting, the company will make the payment of said Interim Dividend on November 23, 2006.
