Thermax - H1 results on Nov 15, 2006

Thermax Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 15, 2006, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2006 (H1).

Further the company has informed that, the Company will publish audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2006, hence, shall not publish unaudited results and limited review report for the said period.
