Seasons Furnishings to consider preferential issue of warrants

Seasons Furnishings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2008, in which besides other matters, allotment of 56,06,100 warrants on preferential basis convertible into equal number of equity shares, as per resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 04, 2008.
