Shringar Cinemas promoters rejig holdings

Shringar Cinemas Limited has announced that the promoters of the Company, M/s South Yarra Holdings through its four partners, Mr.Shyam Shroff, Mr.Balkrishna Shroff, Mr.Shravan Shroff and Mr.Aditya Shroff held 1,50,57,760 equity shares constituting 47.75% of the equity share capital of the Company. M/s South Yarra Holdings has now informed the Company that Mr.Aditya Shroff has vide Retirement cum Re-organization Deed dated September 28,2006 retired from M/s South Yarra Holdings. Accordingly, the Company has taken note of the same and the aforesaid 1,50,57,760 shares (constituting 47.75% of the equity share capital) are now held by the promoters, M/s South Yarra Holdings through its three partners, Mr.Shyam Shroff, Mr.Balkrishna Shroff and Mr.Shravan Shroff with effect from October 07,2006. Further, 63,13,267 shares (of the aforesaid 1,50,57,760 shares), which were under Lock in period upto April 21,2008 as per the terms of the IPO shall continue to be applicable.
