GSS America Infotech to list on March 07, 2008

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Friday, March 07, 2008; the equity shares of GSS America Infotech Limited (Scrip Code: 532951) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘B’ Group of Securities.

The equity shares of GSS America Infotech Limited (Symbol: GSSAMERICA) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. March 7, 2008. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.
