Jay Bharat Maruti CoD Meeting decides allotment of bonus shares

Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on October 07, 2006 has allotted 10825000 equity shares of Rs 5/- each as Bonus Shares credited as fully paid up, to the holders of the existing equity shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, after the allotted of aforesaid 10825000 bonus shares, the ordinary paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 5,41,25,000/- to Rs 108250000/-.
