TCS to announce Q2 results on Oct 16, 2006

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2006 to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) and to consider declaration of a Second Interim dividend to the shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, October 26, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend, if declared.
